Projects Manager / Estimator for Exhibition Industry

Concept Craft are now seeking an experienced Estimator who has a thorough knowledge of the exhibition industry including all aspects of sub-trades and joinery manufacturing to join our growing team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of Budgets
- Customer Orientated
- Understanding of Drawings and Contracts
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Understanding of Legislation and Building requirements
- Compose scopes of works for sub-trade tendering
- Estimate all joinery related items
- In conjunction with our project management team, compile quotations for submission to the Client
- Maintain and update joinery material costing.
Experience and Personal Characteristics:
- Previous estimating experience in the exhibition industry is preferred
- Highly motivated person with strong planning and organisation skills
- The ability to prioritise and work within tight time frames
- Computer literate
- The ability to effectively communicate
- A trade background is preferred, however not essential
- Willingness to work individually or as part of a team
The successful applicant will be working closely with our general manager and other project managers. Will meet with clients and will be responsible for estimating on budgets between 10K-200K.
